Scope

The system has a register, login, and forgot password feature.
It can track and display the top 10 all-time favorite products based on order history.
It keeps track of order history.
It allows the user to add, update, and delete products.
It can track the number of orders, customers, and revenue based on selected time range.
It has a reset password and has an account for added security.
It allows the user to change the background theme.
For importing and exporting products it can be editable.
An account can have many users.
All users have an individual password.

Delimitations

The system is only for the owner and not available for customers.
It does not require an internet connection so it can be used offline.
It cannot track the amount of available stock of specific items.
The products have fixed information/details, such as categories and add-ons.
Reports only show the top 10 products and popularity based on wholesale.
The order history is not editable.
The user must transfer the files manually to change the device and keep the records.
For importing and exporting products it only uses a local database.
The ordered product is not refundable.
Only admin can modify the account information.
